Arthur W. Friese, 83, of Lenox Avenue, Albany, NY passsed away peacefully at the Hospice Inn at St. Peter's Hospital. Arthur was born in Buffalo, NY. He proudly served his country during the Korean Conflict in the United States Coast Guard, from 1950 to 1953. He was employed by the State of New York as a Clerk in the Dept. of Motor Vehicles. He is survived by his wife Lucia Trifiletti Friese of Albany. Those who wish may make a contribution in Arthur's memory to: St. Peter's Hospice Inn, 315 South Manning Blvd, Albany, NY 12208.
