Obituary
SCHOHARIE –
Mr. Canice B. "Skip" Rivenburgh, 73, of Schoharie, passed away at his home following a battle with cancer on Tuesday, May 20, 2025.
He is survived by his devoted wife, Therese M. Rivenburgh, his beloved children: Jason, Brice, Jessica, Joshua and stepson James. Skip was grandfather to 5 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. He is also survived by 2 brothers Gene and Kenneth, as well as several nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, Skip was predeceased in death by his sister, Patricia Dobesh.
Skip was an avid fisherman and hunter, he enjoyed riding his Harley through the Adirondacks and working on his 1964 ½ Mustang.
In accordance with his wishes, Skip has been cremated. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Community Hospice Foundation. Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared with the Rivenburgh Family, online at: SimpleChoicesCremation.com
