Della Mae Howard (Oliver) August 19th 1956 - June 28th 2025.

Della was born in Troy, New York, the second eldest daughter of William Oliver and Bertha Oliver (Poole) out of six. She graduated from Troy High School in 1974. Della was a loving child, sibling to her surviving sisters, Joyce Sullivan, Janice Oliver Collins (Tim), Bonnie Oliver Bartholomew (Joe),and Robin Oliver (Tom) as well as a mother to April Howard Clark (Chris), Scott Michael Howard (Laurie), and Raina Leigh Howard (Another Chris). She was blessed with 12 grandchildren. Della was a very creative artistic person with a heart of gold. Her soft spoken caring demeanor and uncanny sense of humor will carry on within our hearts. She is preceded in death by her parents William and Bertha Oliver, her younger brother William Oliver Jr., and granddaughter Alexis Howard.
