Amsterdam - Diane passed away January 31, 2016 after a short illness at the age of 62. She was the daughter of the late Samuel and Helen Berrian. She is survived by her loving husband David Hart, her three children, Jennifer Sutherland of Ballston Spa, Heather Lafreniere of Fultonville, Helen Polsin of Scotia, two grandchildren and her sister Colleen Guzzo of Guilderland. We would like to thank Wilkinson Medical Day Care staff, especially Edie Weaver for their years of dedication and care for Diane. Special thanks to the staff at Wilkinson Residential Center and Dr. Michael Sheridan for their kindness and support. Funeral arrangements are private.
