TROY- Donald K. Dodge, Jr., 57, of Troy, passed into Eternal Life on Monday, March 7, 2022. Born on November 29, 1964, to Mary and the late Donald Dodge of Troy. Don worked many construction jobs throughout his life. He was last employed by the former Awning Design Studio as an installer. Don was always a fun-loving family man who was known to be the life of the party. He enjoyed bowling, skiing, writing, drawing, trips to Florida, hanging out with his best friend Dave and babysitting his nieces and nephews. He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his mother Mary (Richard Watson) his siblings: Patricia, Louis, Theresa, David, Edward Dodge and Donald Tufts. His son, Donald Dodge III, his goddaughter Theresa Wilson, grandchildren: Dominic and Evangelina Dodge. Many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive. Don was predeceased by his father and brother Robert Dodge. Relatives and Friends are invited and may call 4-6PM on Friday, March 11th at Simple Choices, Inc. (Riverview Funeral Home) 218 2nd Avenue (corner of 104th Street) in Troy. A time of reflection to share memories will conclude the calling hours.
