AVERILL PARK Donald C. Eyerman, 72, died Sunday March 6, 2016 at Samaritan Hospital after a short battle with cancer. He was preceded by both his parents Ardith Vrooman Van Loan, and Robert Eyerman. He attended Columbia High school. Don was employed by A & S Deisel Troy, NY, before becoming a bus drive for Averill Park CSD. He enjoyed boating on the Hudson River and beyond and was a member of The Ravena Coeymans Yacht Club. He also enjoyed NASCAR, NY Gaints and the NY Yankees. He is survived by his wife and best friend Randi (Prediger) Eyerman; children, Jodie Deschaine, Julie (Mike) Ernest, James (Sandi) Eyerman, Alan Cranston, Leighann Cranston, Marcy (Travis) Foster and the late Matthew Cranston, grandchildren; Leonard (Jacki) Deschaine, Jami Lynn Stevens, Andrew Eyerman, Kelsey Ernest, Sean Cranston, Keri Cranston, Lindsy Cranston, Emma Rose Cranston, and the late Christopher Ernest and Kendra Cushman, three great grandchildren; Christianna and Luke Stevens, Alison Deschaine, brothers and sisters; D. Robin Creech, Kirk (Cindy) Van Loan, Kim (David) Krawiecki, Kip Van Loan, Kelly Wehnau, his dog Abby and several nieces and nephews also survive. A Celebration of Donald's Life to be announced. In Lieu of flowers contributions may be made in the memory of Donald C Eyerman to The Childrens Hospital at Albany Medical Center.
