Evelyn E. Sego, 58, of Mt. Pleasant, passed away on Saturday, September 7, 2019 at St. Peter's Hospice Inn, Albany, NY.  Born in Albany, Evelyn was the daughter of Evelyn Gravel Port.

Besides her mother, Evelyn leaves behind to mourn her loss her children: Corrieann Meana, Joshua and Anisa Sego; sibling's: Alice Hitchcock and Angel Leonard and her beloved grandchildren: Tyler, Chanel, Angel, Noah, Jeremiah and Alana Sego.

Her husband Daniel predeceased Evelyn; they married on February 15, 1992.

Evelyn was proud to be a stay at home mom and raise her family; she always put her family first.   She was a loving and doting mother and grandmother who was caring,

funny and had a strong will.  She will be sorely missed by all who knew her.
