Francis "Frank" J. Shanley, 50, formerly of 393 N. Pearl St., Albany, NY 12207 died Saturday, November 25, 2017 in Scotia NY after a 14 month battle with cancer.  Frank was born March 30, 1967 in Ramapo, NY.  He lived in NYC until 2002 when he moved to Troy, NY.  His Father, Frank J. Shanley Sr. and his Mother Barbara Nichols Shanley of Ramapo NY predeceased him.  Frank went to public school in Ramapo as well as Community College.

Frank had too many friends to mention he was loved and respected by many people.  He was very handy in the garden as well as the home. Frank was bright, eccentric, imaginative, and technologically gifted.  He had many hobbies and held a multitude of jobs, many creative in nature.  He also had a knack for working on computers.

A Memorial Service will be held Thursday, December 14th at 4PM at Koinonia Health Ctr, 553 Clinton Ave, Albany.
