Guilderland, NY ~ Gay Rufer (Burbank), died on July 20th, at the age of 72 in her home in Guilderland, New York where she lived for the last 6 years. She was born May 4, 1944 to Eugene and Dorothy Burbank in Niskayuna, New York. She left behind her 4 children--John Rufer, Sean Rufer, Holly Buechler, and Amanda Schneider-Revitt as well as 9 grandchildren. She will be greatly missed. Services will be held on Sunday, July 24th at 1pm at 878 Ennis Rd. in Pattersonville, New York.  In lieu of flowers please bring a yellow helium filled balloon to the service.
