Amsterdam, NY- Geoffrey M. Cook, 54, of Amsterdam, entered into eternal rest on August 27, 2015. He was born January 31, 1961 in Albany, NY to the late Joseph Cook, Sr. and Victoria (Miller) Cook. He is survived by his two sons, Jeffrey and Miguel Cook, his wife Camilla Cook, stepdaughter Thembi, five siblings: Roslyn (Floyd) Cook-Cowan, Joseph (Vicci) Cook, Jr., Beverly (Frank) Wilson, Karen Cook, and Gail Moore. Geoffrey is also survived by his seven grandchildren, eleven nieces and nephews, several aunts, uncles, cousins, great- nieces and nephews and a host of relatives and friends. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are by Simple Choices, Inc. Cremation Service.
