Troy, NY Helen M. Apfel, 87, passed away on October 31, 2020. Helen was predeceased by her husband, Lloyd W. Apfel. She is survived by her children: Gayle (Lew) Wager, Lloyd J. (Debbie) Apfel, Karen (Gary) Tiller, Paul (Maria) Apfel and Wayne (Val) Apfel. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
