AVERILL PARK- Helene D. Fox, 71, of Averill Park, passed on January 15, 2022 after a short illness. Helene was the very proud mother of Zeby J Gokey (Denise), and Cellina M Winter (Terry). She was the proud grandmother of Justin, Amberlea, Zeby, Carter, Victoria and William. She was predeceased by her husband Ed, her father Rudy, her mother Helen, and her sisters Cathy and Tina Marie. She loved her family with all her heart and was constantly entertained by her son and daughters' shenanigans. We did our best to drive her crazy and are sure we succeeded! She loved a trip to the casino and her daily lotto runs. She is survived by her previous husband and friend Zeby J Gokey, sisters Gloria, Maryann and Josephine, her loving nephew Scott, and her dear friend Richard and many other friends and family members. She has left a void in our hearts that cannot be filled. She was a fierce and independent lady who lived her life by her own rules!
