HALFMOON –
Henry Charles Faith, 73, of Halfmoon, formerly of Galway, passed away on October 10, 2023 in the comfort of his own home.
The son of the late Henry E. Faith and Frances (Atkins) Faith, Henry was born on March 16, 1950 in Willimantic, Connecticut.
Henry was a graduate of Galway High School and also SUNY Cortland with a Bachelor's Degree.
He served his country faithfully during the Vietnam War in the United States Air Force. At the time of his honorable discharge, Henry obtained the rank of Captain.
Henry loved to play guitar with friends, as well as gardening and reading quietly. He loved everyone he met and treated all with kindness.
Beloved life partner of Cheryl A. Giumarra, loving father of: Laurel and Tony, cherished grandfather of: Esme, Lucas and Isaac, dearest brother of: Corinne, Sam and Chris.
In addition to his parents, Henry was predeceased by one son, Colin.
Special Thanks to The Community Hospice of Saratoga County team who took loving care of Henry through his journey. A very special thank you to the woman who stayed by his side throughout the best part of his life on this planet, Cherie Guimarra. Their love will always live on together in their hearts.
Cremation has taken place through the care of Simple Choices, Inc.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
