James J. Cullen of Wynantskill passed away peacefully at his home on December 30, 2025. 

He was born in Albany to Joseph H. Cullen Jr. and Dorothy Cullen (née Egnatosky). In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by his brother Donald Cullen. He is survived by brothers Michael Cullen, Douglas Cullen, Gregory Bruce Cullen (Lisa), Peter Cullen, and Thomas Cullen. He is also survived by nieces Cheri Sutliff and Trina Oyloe as well as nephew Evan Cullen.
