Janice Ann Revella Ambrozik

Janice Ann Revella Ambrozik, 80, passed away peacefully on November 8, 2025, surrounded by her loving family at St. Peter's Hospice Inn.
Born and raised in Schenectady, New York, she was the daughter of the late Ralph and Edith (Cognetti) Revella. Janice was a woman of great drive, compassion, and creativity. She built a successful career as the owner of Time Maintenance Service, Inc. and Le'toile Hair Design, and was also a dedicated and accomplished real estate investor.
Later in life, Janice followed her passion for helping others by moving to Maui, Hawaii, where she furthered her education in hypnotherapy through the National Guild of Hypnotists. There, she founded Peace of Mind, continuing her lifelong mission to support and uplift others.
While living on Maui, Janice met her beloved companion, the late Stan Izumigawa, with whom she shared many joyful years. She found peace and happiness in the island's beauty—her favorite pastimes included snorkeling at Ahihi-Kinau Natural Area Reserve and volunteering at the Ali'i Kula Lavender Farm.
Janice will be remembered for her warmth, generosity, and unwavering strength. Her spirit lives on in all who were fortunate enough to know and love her.
She is survived by her daughters, April Ambrozik and Autumn (Ramone) Edmunds; her brother, Ron Revella; and her cherished grandchildren, Averianna Edmunds and Dylan Alvord. In addition to her parents Ralph and Edith, Janice was predeceased in death by her sister-in-law Patty Revella.
The family would like to extend their sincere appreciation to the compassionate staff at St. Peter's Hospice Inn for their loving care and support.
Relatives and Friends are invited to attend a Memorial Mass of Christian Burial, which will be celebrated on Thursday, November 20, 2025 at 9 o'clock at St. Kateri Tekakwitha Parish (Rosa Road Church) Located at: 2216 Rosa Road Schenectady, NY 12309. All are welcome.
