Jason H. Owens, 56, of Albany NY, Formally Raised in Syracuse NY, passed away on May 27, 2026.
He was Born on August 10, 1969, in Sioux City Iowa, a son of late Peggy Owens (Hoberman) and Leo Owens. Jason lived a life centered on family and hard work.
He worked as an Energy Auditor and took pride in helping others through his profession.

Jason found joy in nature, especially spending time fishing, enjoying the outdoors along with being a huge fan of the NFL NY Giants. Above all, he treasured being with his family.

His love, laughter, and presence brought comfort and happiness to those around him, and the memories he created with his loved ones will be cherished forever.

Jason is survived by his five children: Jessica Owens, Jason Owens, Courtney Owens, Jahlea Owens, and Damien Owens. His 4 grandchildren: Ava Wilson , Tyler Rogers jr , Kennedi Rogers and Mila Torres. He also leaves behind a host of siblings, family members and friends who will deeply miss him and lovingly remember the impact he made on their lives.

Though his time with us was far too short, Jason's spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
Forever loved, forever remembered.
