7/20/1983 – 6/21/2023 Jennifer passed away peacefully in her sleep on June 21, 2023. Jennifer was born in Ballston Spa, NY and attended Ballston Spa High School. She enjoyed hiking, camping, tubing, and kayaking on the Great Sacandaga Lake. She loved her photography and had a deep love for all animals. Everyone who knew Jennifer will remember fondly how she was an avid New York Giants Fan. She had many friends to whom she was very devoted to and will be sorely missed by all who loved her. She is survived by her loving husband, Scott O'Connor, her precious dog Blu, her father Douglas Bell, her mother Renee Bell, and her brother William Bell. She is also survived by her grandfather Donald Bell, her uncle Bill Bell and aunt Karen Conroy. Cremation has taken place through the care of Simple Choices, Inc.
