Jimmy Richardson, 53, of Schenectady, passed away on Sunday, January 17, 2016 after a brief illness. Jimmy was born in Kershaw County, South Carolina, the son of the late Labertha Demery. He was raised in Rochester, NY and resided most recently in Schenectady, NY. He was a graduate of Monroe Community College where he obtained a degree in food service administration. He is survived by his wife Bernita "Bonnie" Richardson and their daughters Jazzinyah and Jinayah Richardson of Schenectady, NY, daughters Cathryn and Temeka Richardson of Baton Rouge, LA, stepdaughters: Yara, Erica and Tatyana Mohr of Schenectady, NY, stepson Eric Mohr, Jr., of Ogden, UT, brother Michael Demery (Brenda) of Rochester, NY, brothers Avon and Terry Richardson of Rochester, NY, sister Diana Demary of Rochester, NY, aunt Dorothy Carter of Rochester, NY and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and grandchildren. His brother Benjamin Demary predeceased him.
