MENANDS – Joseph Alan Bagley, 62, of Menands, formerly of Albany, passed away on Friday May 27, 2023, at Samarian Hospital in Troy following a brief illness. Joseph was born in Albany and lived most of his life in Albany before moving to Menands 5 years ago. He worked for the Watervliet Arsenal and also for the City of Albany before retirement. Survivors include one son, two daughters, five grandchildren and one sister Debbie Harris. Cremation has taken place through the care of Simple Choices, Inc.
