POESTENKILL –
Joseph A. Ennis, 78, of Poestenkill, passed away peacefully in the comfort of his own home on March 29, 2025.
Joseph was born on October 9, 1946 in Albany, NY. He was formerly employed by Bourque Mechanical Systems. Mr. Ennis was a Veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara (Adams) Ennis, his children: Joseph M. (Angie) and Michael J. (Cynthia), grandchildren: Alicia (Jimmy), Jennifer (Tyrone), Michael (Jacqueline), Joseph J. (Megan) as well as three great grandchildren and sister, Marion Greenfield. Joseph was predeceased by his sister Eileen Buell.
In accordance with his wishes, there will be no calling hours or funeral service. Cremation has taken place through the care of Simple Choices, Inc., 218 2nd Avenue, Troy, NY 12180. Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared with the Ennis Family, online at: SimpleChoicesCremation.com
