Obituary
ROTTERDAM –
Joyce Randall, 87, of Rotterdam, passed away on December 2, 2023.
She was raised in Scotia by her parents, the late Lawrence and Esther Terwilliger.
Survived by her sister Joan Terwilliger, her children: Gordon Randall, Linda Mortensen (Donald) and Sharon Randall, also her grandchildren: Alyssa, Adam and Ian, and her great grandchildren: Xzavier, Averie and Ariana.
Joyce worked at Morlock News, Mobil and held a long career at NYS Dept of licensing.
Mom loved Hallmark, visiting their Crown Center in Kansas City, MO, as well as her other collections. This brought her joy.
Cremation has taken place through the care of Simple Choices, Inc. Services are private for her family.
Memorial contributions may be made to the City Mission of Schenectady.
