Martin Leonhardt, Sr. of Saratoga Springs, NY passed on June 10, 2017. He was born on Nov. 12, 1942 to John Leonhardt and Ruth Wilber. Martin retired from Hamilton News where he was in charge of distributing books, magazines and videos. He enjoyed boating and fishing and was a member of the town of Colonie Lisha Kill Seniors.

Martin is survived by his loving wife Deborah Hughes Leonhardt, son Martin Leonhardt, Jr., daughter Marceana Cunningham (Todd), stepson Tim Bacon, stepdaughters Valerie Bernat (Michael) and Heather King, grandchildren John Leonhardt, Jordan Leonhardt and Samantha Cunningham, step-grandson Aiden Correa, brother John Leonhardt (Maggie), sister Barbara Russell and nephew Gerald Russell (Theresa).

A celebration of Martin's life will he held at 4 PM on June 18t h at Calvary United Methodist Church, 15 Ridge Place, Latham, NY preceded by visitation starting at 3 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to St. Peter's Hospice (communityhospice.org).
