Martin (Marty) W. McNab, 61, passed away on Thursday, December 5, 2013 after a courageous battle against cancer. Born in Albany, N.Y., he was a lifelong resident of the capital region. Marty is the father of McKenzie McNab, the pride and joy of his life; beloved son of Shirley McNab; and brother of Ann (Eric) Marsh and Keith McNab. Marty is survived by McKenzie's mother, Kimberly Baker, and her children who Marty loved and adored, Brittney, Bre Anna and Brooke. Marty was employed at the Albany County Nursing Home for 37 years and served as Assistant Director for 13 years. A memorial service at the McKownville United Methodist Church will be held on December 17at 4:00 P.M. A reception at the church will follow the service.
