TROY- Matthew E. Sosnowski, Jr., 71, of Troy, died peacefully at home after a short illness on February 23, 2022. Matthew was born in Niagara Falls on July 25, 1950. He was the son of the late Matthew E. Sosnowski, Sr. and Lottie (Krencisz) Sosnowski. Mr. Sosnowski was a resident of Troy for over 50 years. Survivors include his life partner, Jill Rosenberger of Troy, his daughters Angela of Las Vegas, NV and Theresa of Rochester, NY. Matthew is also survived by 2 grandchildren. Matthew enjoyed fishing and drinking beer. He will be fondly remembered and dearly missed. In keeping with his wishes there will be no services.
