SCHENECTADY –
Melody Anne Sheldrick, 80, of Schenectady, passed away peacefully in the comfort of her own home on Friday, April 4, 2025.
She was the life partner of 44 years to Keith G. Carter, the Loving mother of: Michael Sheldrick (Melissa), Laurie Daversa (Dean), Corinna Gordon (Keith), Maryanne Paige, Steven Sheldrick (Fiorella) and Leslie Gardiner (Mike).
Cherished grandmother of: Christina Sheldrick and Hunter Sheldrick, Michelle Paige, Caitlin Gardiner, Tiara Hurd, Stephanie Sheldrick, Kimberly Paige, Aaron Paige, Skyler Gordon, Michael Sheldrick and the late Nick Daversa (Predeceased). Melody was the great grandmother of 10 Great Grandchildren, and the dear sister of Gail Guynup who also survives.
Cremation has taken place through the care of Simple Choices, Inc., memorial contributions can be directed to the Boys & Girls Club of America or to your local VA charitable organization.
