Nathan E. Kullman III

Nathan "Nate" Kullman III passed away peacefully on July 15, 2026, following a long, courageous battle with Parkinson's disease.

Throughout that journey, he was surrounded by the unwavering love and devotion of his partner of over 20 years, Donna Wittig. Donna became his fiercest advocate, ensuring he received the very best healthcare possible while caring for him every day with extraordinary compassion, strength, and grace. Their relationship was built on love, loyalty, and an enduring commitment to one another through every season of life.

Nate was the beloved son of Nathan E. Kullman and Shirley Kosbob Kullman. Throughout his life, he found great joy in being a father, grandfather, brother, nephew, and a loyal friend to many. His kind heart, easygoing nature, and genuine interest in others left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him. Nate graduated from Bethlehem Central, SUNY Albany and retired from National Grid after a long career.

He spent most of his life in Voorheesville, New York, where he built lasting friendships and cherished his community. Summers were often spent at Indian Lake, a place that brought him peace and countless treasured memories. A passionate gardener, Nate found happiness in working the land. He and Donna spent countless hours tending beautiful flower gardens and preparing expansive vegetable gardens each spring. Together, they shared a love for the outdoors and the simple satisfaction of nurturing something with their own hands. Whether he was proudly riding his beloved John Deere tractor, working in the garden, or meeting his close circle of friends for coffee and conversation, Nate appreciated life's simple pleasures.

Nate will be remembered for his gentle spirit, quiet strength, generosity, and the genuine kindness he extended to everyone he met. He found joy in life's everyday moments, and those memories will forever be treasured by all who knew and loved him. A celebration of Nate's life will be announced at a later date.
