Nicholas Klompas died at age 87 on November 13 with his family around him.Nicholas was born on an Alberta farm and made his way to designing jet engines, including the Orenda Iroquois for the Avro Arrow. His loving spirit is carried on by his wife Bernice, his three children, Paul, Kathryn & Mark (Linda) of Clifton Park NY and five grandchildren, Rebecca, Danielle, Matthew, Jonathan and Madison. A memorial service will be held at St Luke's in Mechanicville NY on November 20 at 6pm. More information is available at Klompas.com
