ROTTERDAM –
Patricia "Pat" Crandall, 88, of Rotterdam, passed away peacefully on November 13, 2025 at the Riverside Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation in Castleton, NY.
She was born in Troy, NY on May 3, 1937, a daughter of the late Henry and Phyllis LaDeaux.
Known as Pat by family and friends, she loved crafting with her sisters, watching the hummingbird feeder, spending time with her family (especially her kids and grandkids, as well as great-grands). She also enjoyed watching and listening to the bands perform at Freedom Park.
In addition to her parents, Pat was predeceased by her husband, Ronald H. Crandall, Sr., her twins David and Donald Crandall, her sister: Marion "Sandra" Howland, and her two brothers: Gerald and Raymond LaDeaux.
Pat leaves to cherish her memory; two sons: Shawn and Ronald, Jr. Crandall, grandchildren: Adam Crandall, Chantel Crandall Smith, David Crandall, Jr., Christopher Shirling and Emily Crandall. As well as great grandchildren: Jasmyn, Joshua, Braelynn, Charlie, Lillian and C.J., a sister Holly LaDeaux and brother Charles LaDeaux. Many nieces and nephews also survive.
A Celebration of Pat's Life will be held at a later date at the convenience of her family.
