Rhonda J. Bixby Colonie, NY- Rhonda J. Bixby, 59, of Colonie, entered into eternal life, Saturday, September 5, 2015 at her home. Born in Niskayuna, NY, she was the daughter of the late Clarence E. and Rosalie J. (Lawrence) Bixby. She lived in the Town of Colonie most of her life. She retired from NYS Dept. of Tax and Finance after 35 years of service. She will be dearly missed by her brothers & their spouses: Richard & Tina Bixby of Proctorsville, VT, and Lawrence (Randy) & Phylis Bixby of Mt. Holly, VT along with her nieces and nephews: Stacy Bixby of Webster, NH, Crystal Bixby of Salisbury, NH, Richard Bixby Jr. of Warner, NH, Joshua Bixby and Leslie Bixby of Mt. Holly, VT, one great nephew Connor Bixby of Warner, NH. A Graveside Service will commence at the Hillcrest Cemetery (off of Route 103 on Bailey Hill RD) in Proctorsville, VT at 11:00 AM on Friday September 25, followed by a celebration of life at a location to be determined.
