Richard "Rick" Freeland, 51, of Broadalbin, passed away on November 3rd at Albany Medical Center after an extended illness.

Rick is survived by his parents, Richard and Valerie Freeland, wife LeeAnn Freeland, daughter Ashley (Benjamin) Newsom and their daughters, Kelsey and Adison, sons Ryan Freeland and his daughter Lily Jaye, and Devin Freeland.  Rick is also survived by his sister, Jennifer Gerritsen, brother Gene Freeland, a niece and nephews.

In keeping with Rick's wishes, there will be no formal services.  Instead, please join us as we celebrate Rick's life with a fitting tribute of hot rods and burn-outs on November 16 ^th , 2019 from Noon to 6 PM at 347 Union Mills Road, Broadalbin.

Rick's family would like to extend their sincere gratitude to the doctors and nurses who have cared for him over the years.
