Richard Douglas James Fuller
Schenectady - Richard died at home in the company of his loved ones after being diagnosed with multiple cancers of unknown origin.
A stubborn man, much like the rest of his family. Despite being sick, he refused to slow down up until the end. Showing much love and excitement to his granddaughter Ophelia, playing keyboard and doing the ever long, always longer, list of improvements around the house, as per request of his best friend, and love of his life, April. They shared every night together, relaxing after long days and laughing always.
After graduating from Draper high school, he went on to work for G.E., restaurants here and there. Diamond W fireplace doors, and even the Gazette. Any free time was spent writing music or thinking about writing music. He was in notable local bands, Diversion Factor and The Dronez. He worked in the City Mission for the last few years of his life, taking great pride in making sure local kids ate through the backpack lunch program.
He is survived by his wife, April Fuller, daughter, Morganshea Klehn, her daughter, Ophelia Klehn and two stepchildren whom he'd raised as his own, Heather Kubicsek and Zacharie Ballard.
