Richard Edwin Kivlen, 43, died after a long illness and was born into eternal life on October 13, 2010. Son of Andree Kivlen of Nassau, NY. Stepson of Edward Rimbaud of Nassau. Brother to Fabienne Cook of Clifton Park. Husband of Dawn Kivlen of Nassau. Father of three boys, Richard Jr., Julien and Castiel Kivlen. Richard was the sole owner and proprietor of Rich's Landscaping & General Maintenance. Deeply loved and will be sadly missed by his nephew Michael Cook, niece Alice St.Pierre and numerous extended family and friends. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Mass of Christian Death and Burial which will be held on Saturday October 23,2010 at 10:30 am at St. Mary's Church, 26 Church St. Nassau, NY 12123. Richard will be laid to rest with his father in East Nassau, NY.
