TROY- Robert V. Sewell III, 66, passed away peacefully in his sleep on May 11th, 2022 after battling cancer. The son of the late Robert V. Sewell JR, and Isabelle Lottie (Chappell) Sewell, Robert was born on August 5th, 1955 in Albany, NY. Besides his parents, Robert was predeceased by his lifelong partner Karen Almeida who passed away in November of 2019. He is survived by one son, Robert V. Sewell IV (Kelli) and two granddaughters, Riley and Olivia Sewell. In his spare time Robert loved to fish, spend time outdoors, and repair automobiles. He was an established automobile mechanic with a well regarded work ethic. Robert will be missed by all that knew him. Cremation took place through the care of Simple Choices, Inc.
