Obituary
SCHAGHTICOKE –
Robert A. Truesell, 61, of Schaghticoke, formerly of Cohoes, passed away on March 5, 2025 at Samaritan Hospital in Troy.
He was born on January 9, 1964 in Albany, a son of the late John J. and Mary V. Truesell.
Robert was self-employed and was the proprietor of Take it Away.
He enjoyed going on car or motorcycle rides. Robert loved the outdoors, he also loved listening to music. Robert was a fun loving guy and liked to make people laugh. He will be greatly missed by many.
Survivors include his life partner of many years, Robin (Mossey) Foy and is also survived by one granddaughter as well as many brothers and sisters. He was predeceased in death by a son, Robert A. and brother, Marcus Truesell.
Robin wishes to thank Jaime Bickford in palliative care and the Samaritan Hospital's team on the 6th Floor of the tower for their exceptional care and compassion.
