Obituary
ALBANY –
Robert E. Weidman, Jr., 74, of Albany, passed away peacefully on September 3, 2023 under the care of the Hospice Inn at St. Peter's Hospital in Albany.
The son of the late Robert E. Weidman, Sr. and Mildred (Sager) Weidman, Robert, Jr. was born on May 18, 1949 in Albany.
Robert attended local schools and was a high school graduate. Following high school he entered the workforce as a laborer.
Survivors include his children and their spouses: Robert Weidman, Sr. (Doreen) and Donna Lee-Pritty (Alan).
Cherished grandfather of: Katrina Lee, Robert Weidman, Jr., Amanda Weidman, Cory O`Neill and Alan Pritty III, and great grandfather of: Natalie Pinckney and Luca Pritty.
In addition to his parents, Robert was predeceased by two siblings: Darlene Close and Ronald Weidman.
Cremation has taken place through the care of Simple Choices, Inc.
A Celebration of Robert's Life will be held on Friday, September 8, 2023 beginning at 3:30PM at the Knights Of Columbus, located at:
328 Troy-Schenectady Road, Latham, NY 12110
