WATERVLIET- Shirley J. Ellinger, 91, of Watervliet, passed away on January 19, 2021. Born in Troy on February 4, 1929, Shirley was the daughter of the late David Arthur Sadlemire and the late Helen Agnes (Malone) Sadlemire. Devoted wife to the late Herbert J. Ellinger, Jr. Loving mother of Herbert J. Ellinger III, Paul Ellinger, the late Darlene Ann Ellinger and the late James R. Ellinger, who predeceased her. Cherished grandmother of 6 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:30am, Saturday Morning, January 23 at St. Ambrose Church, 347 Old Loudon Rd, Latham, NY 12110 Interment will follow in the Fraternal Garden at Memory Gardens, Colonie.
