Stephen Nappe

November 23, 1954 - October 16, 2018

Stephen passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on October 16, 2018 at his home.  Stephen loved ballroom dancing with his wife, Ruth, and was a member of Albany Dancesport. Stephen was an avid outdoorsman enjoying kayaking, hiking, and camping, especially in the Adirondacks. Stephen trained dachshunds as trackers and volunteered with the state department of Environmental Conservation.

Stephen was a native of Farmingdale, New Jersey. He was preceded in death by his mother, Lenora, his father, Moritz, his brother, Robert, and his first wife, Dorothy Eisele. Stephen leaves behind his wife, Ruth Nappe and his four legged children and stepchildren: Boo Boo, Tressa, Demi, Lucy, Cookie and Lilly. Stephen is survived by his brothers  Edward (Stanley) Nappe, Victor Nappe and his sister Jessica Gabrielson.

Stephen will be deeply missed by everyone who was fortunate enough to have met him and basked in  his smile.
