RAVENA –
Terri L. Burton, 71, of Ravena, N.Y., and formerly of Binghamton N.Y., Wells N.Y., Selkirk N.Y. and Loris S.C., passed away peacefully in the comfort of her own home on May 27, 2024 (Memorial Day 2024) surrounded by her loving family.
The daughter of the late Arthur and Marietta Bonker, Terri was born on October 27, 1952 in Lakewood, PA. She was raised in Binghamton, N.Y., before relocating to the Capital Region.
A devoted and loving homemaker, Terri raised 3 children. She enjoyed hunting, fishing and cooking amazing food for everyone to enjoy.
Survivors include her husband, Richard C. Burton, her children: April L. Beers, Lee E. Beers Jr. (nickname BJ) and Jason M Beers (Kristeena). Her grandchildren: Scott L. Blair Jr., Cody J. Blair, Shelby L. Beers, Matthew C. Blair, Storm Anna Marie Beers, Dylan J. Wilson, Lee E. Beers lll, Zachary S. Conners, Halie A. Beers, Layla L. Beers and Jason M. Beers Jr. Her great grandchildren: Cameron J. Wilson, Oliver A. Blair, Harlee R. Tompkins, and Braelynn Ann Rose Wilson, and also one sister, Dawn Marie Dailey.
The Family of Terri L. Burton wishes to acknowledge with heartfelt gratitude, The Community Hospice for being so helpful through everything, especially Sydney (Hospice Nurse) for being so caring and gentle and helping to make her comfortable in her final days.
Cremation has taken place through the care of Simple Choices, Inc.
Terri's memory will be honored during a private family event.
