Selkirk, NY - Thomas Joseph Black died peacefully surrounded by his family on Monday, March 14, 2016; predeceased by his beloved wife Arlene and father Robert J. Black. Thomas was dearly loved by his mother, Margaret Black, his sisters Margaret Devine, Kathleen Young (Ray Dorazio), brother Robert Black (Annette Black) and his nieces and nephews.
