Vickylea "Vicky" Baza, 58, of Schenectady, passed away on October 5, 2026, at Ellis Hospital in Schenectady, NY.

Vicky was born on March 12, 1968, in Schenectady, the daughter of Victor Baza and Donna L. Cole. She spent her life in Schenectady, attended Mont Pleasant High School, and worked for Gateway Transportation.

Vicky was outgoing, outspoken, and honest, a straightforward woman who always said what she meant. She loved to laugh and joke around, and nothing made her happier than being with her family, especially her grandchildren.

She is survived by her children, Annahliece Collins, Darrick Collins, Adam Collins, and Shaylene Shafer; her grandchildren, Az'zariiyah and Zariyah; and her siblings, Victorio “Mark” Baza and Linda Baza.
