William "Bey" Belton past away June 30, 2012. He was born Febuary 18, 1943 in Camden, SC and raised in Harlem, NY to Connie and the late Willie Belton. In 1995, William and his wife Minnie Belton of 37 years relocated to Albany from Poughkeepsie, NY with their surviving daughters Jamila and Beyonna Belton. William leaves 2 brothers George and Vernon Belton. Predeceased by a sister Cynthia Oats and a grandson Rahkim Belton-Owens. He leaves a Godson, Edward Shaw and 6 grandchildren, a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral service will be held Thursday, July 5 at 5:30pm at the Power House of Deliverance on 320 Sheridan Avenue in Albany, NY. Relatives and friends are invited.
